Monique Cotterell is disrupting the norm in Jamaica’s manufacturing industry. She is the executive director, head of human resources, and company secretary at Derrimon Trading Group, one of Jamaica’s largest manufacturing and distribution companies.

With over 24 years of experience, Cotterell has seen several developments around gender equity in her field. But there is always room for improvement.
